The Doods and Wesley’s birfday wishes for 2006

For those of you who don’t know – we call my twin brother Andrew “The Doods” and they call me “Wesley”. The explanations would take much too long!

Anyways, we turn 34 years old on May 14 and it’s only our third birfday away from each other. (1995 and 2002 were the other times, if you’re keeping score at home).

So here are our top six lists of what we want for our birfday this year.

The Doods

1 )a flight to Japan to have a shot of sake with my brother at midnight

2) $4,587.32

3) a full night's sleep

4) to win my playoff pool...all of them

5) somewhere I can watch WKRP reruns with the original music cues

6) a happy Mother's Day for my mother, Solita

Wesley:

1) a great Mother’s Day for all you mothers (If I was a rapper, that would sound nasty, wouldn’t it?), especially my mommy, Solita!

2) a GI Joe with a kung-fu grip

3) a Tama drum set: a red one, just like Stewart Copeland used to play!

4) to be sitting at the golden turtle with the Doods on Sunday afternoon… the pho, spring rolls and the vermicelli with grilled chicken...

5) a CBC broadcast of any NHL playoff game.

6) a new pair of glasses – cuz 12 pairs just aren’t enough
